1. Acceptance of Terms

• You are at least 16 years old, or are using the Site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian;
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms;
• You agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or its services.

2. Definitions

• "The Site": The website, its content, operations, representatives, and legal entities.
• "The Users" / "The Customers": Individuals or entities who use the Site or purchase services.
• "The Service": Any service available for purchase on the Site.
• "Company Activities": Any support, promotional, or service-related action conducted by the Company.
• "The Platforms": Social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others.

3. Accounts and Security

You may create an account to place orders and use your dashboard (orders, automatic services, profiles, payments, and support).

• Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a one-time verification code, so there is no password to create or store. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate contact information, keep it current, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We only ever require the public username of the profile you want to boost. We never ask for your password or login credentials for any Platform, and you should never share them.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion takes effect 30 days after you request it and remains reversible until then; signing in or placing a new order cancels it. After that date, your account and associated data are permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy. Any remaining account balance is store credit and is subject to the refund and cancellation terms below. Any balance remaining when the account is permanently deleted is forfeited.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, failed or reversed payments, or as required by law.

4. Services

The Site provides digital social media services, including but not limited to followers, likes, views, and comments on supported platforms. Services are delivered only to public profiles. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring this setting.

Payments are accepted through the methods shown at checkout, which may include credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and, for logged-in customers, your account balance. All payments are processed only upon authorization. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

By using our services, Customers may receive promotional emails and can opt out at any time.

5. Service Delivery & Limited Warranty

Service begins after purchase approval and is delivered within two business days.

A 90-day warranty is provided for purchased services. Coverage is based on your count when the order begins plus the quantity ordered; if your count later falls below that combined total within the warranty period, for any reason (including a reduction by the Platform), the shortfall is refilled, subject to the conditions below. Where auto-refill is enabled, eligible drops are refilled automatically; otherwise refills are available on request to support.

The warranty is void if:

• The username is changed;
• The target account is made private;
• The target content (post/video) is deleted.

The warranty is valid only for orders made directly on the Site by the original purchaser, and proof of purchase may be required. No refill is due while your count remains at or above your starting count plus the quantity ordered. The Company may decline or limit refills in cases of abuse or misuse of the refill system, including repeated or bad-faith requests.

6. Third-Party Relationships

TikRoyal is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, ByteDance, or any related entities. Customers are solely responsible for compliance with third-party platform terms and any legal consequences.

The Site uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent fraud and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information for security purposes, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Platform Risk Disclosure and Indemnity

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that TikRoyal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, ByteDance, or any other third-party platform (collectively, the "Platforms"). The names and trademarks of these Platforms are the property of their respective owners.

You further understand and accept that the purchase and use of engagement services (including followers, likes, views, or comments) may violate the terms of service or community guidelines of the Platforms. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with such terms.

TikRoyal makes no guarantees regarding the continued availability, legality, or consequences of using such services on any Platform. Platform-related actions such as account suspension or content removal are beyond our control. A drop in your delivered count is covered by the 90-day refill warranty above, subject to its conditions.

You expressly indemnify and hold harmless TikRoyal, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, penalties, losses, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of our services in violation of any third-party platform's rules;
• Any actions taken by the Platforms against your account(s);
• Your failure to comply with applicable laws, platform terms, or content policies.

7. Limitations of Liability

Use of the Site and services is at your own risk, and the Company is not liable for:

• Account bans, restrictions, or interruptions by platforms;
• Loss of data, profit, or business interruptions;
• Malfunctions from cyberattacks, force majeure, or unrelated third parties.

All services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

The Company is not responsible for content or services provided by external websites linked on the Site.

The Company does not guarantee specific marketing outcomes such as leads, inquiries, engagement, or sales.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to the Company for the service giving rise to the claim in the six months before the event. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Use License and Acceptable Behavior

You receive a non-transferable, personal license to use the Site and its services. You must not:

• Impersonate others, submit false data, or commit fraud;
• Crawl, scrape, overload, or misuse the Site's infrastructure;
• Use automated or unreasonable activity that could affect site stability.

The Company may suspend services without prior notice due to technical issues, failed payments, or violations of these Terms. We may also deny transactions for behavior contrary to law or common commercial standards.

9. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you agree to its terms.

10. Refunds, Cancellations, and Account Balance

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the services:

• Service begins immediately after purchase approval;
• Payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable once an order is initiated, and are not returned to the original payment method;
• Third-party service fulfillment begins instantly and cannot be reversed;
• If a delivered count later drops, your remedy is a free refill under the 90-day warranty described above, not a refund;
• Automatic services are the one exception to cancellation: you may cancel an active automatic service at any time, and unused, undelivered posts are credited to your account balance as store credit.

Your account balance is prepaid store credit in the Site's currency. It may be used only toward purchases on the Site, is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and earns no interest. Top-ups are made by card, and credits from automatic-service cancellations are added to your balance.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account, stop any active services, and recover the disputed amount, including from your account balance. Filing a dispute does not replace the warranty and refill remedies described above.

11. Indemnity & Legal Disclosures

You agree to indemnify and hold TikRoyal and its representatives harmless against any claim, liability, damage, or legal expense arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights;
• Your misuse of the services.

The Company may disclose your personal information where required or permitted by law, including in legal proceedings related to Terms violations.

12. Modifications and Termination

The Company may:

• Change or discontinue services at any time without notice;
• Modify these Terms or the Privacy Policy (continued use of the Site indicates acceptance);
• Suspend your access if abuse or breach is suspected.

13. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including acts of God, cyberattacks, government action, war, labor issues, or service interruptions from third-party providers.

14. No Professional Advice

All content and communications from the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You assume sole responsibility for any decisions based on such content.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts located in that jurisdiction.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page design, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

The trademarks and names of the Platforms belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used without any obligation or compensation to you.

17. General

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
• Assignment: We may assign or transfer these Terms at any time. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Notices: We may provide notices by posting on the Site or by emailing the address associated with your account.
• Survival: The sections on Limitations of Liability, Indemnity, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law survive any termination of these Terms.
